For the health safety and welfare of our community and staff, The Town of Chautauqua has implemented the following guidelines:
Public meetings will be held as scheduled. Please contact the Clerk’s office if you plan to attend so we can be sure to accommodate all safely.
As of 12/10/2020- all in person Court appearances have been suspended. Please email ChautauquaTownCourt@nycourts.gov for more information.
- A face covering is required to enter the building
- Only 1 person/transaction in the office at a time to maintain 6’ social distancing requirement
- Marriage licenses will be issued by appointment only
- A drop box is now available for transactions (located outside to the left of our main doors)
